  2. Product Condition: To qualify for a refund, the product must:

    • Have at least 50% of the product remaining (to prevent misuse or unnecessary returns).
    • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  3. Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, final sale items, and heavily used products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Exceptions

Refunds are not issued for differences in personal preferences, such as scent or texture, unless there is a clear defect.

Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
